Hotel Praha Hřensko

The history of the hotel dates back to 1910 - 1914, when the enterprising German hotelier Mr. Günther built a hotel here, on the banks of the Kamenice river. Under his leadership, it was a sought-after place of rest and refreshment for many tourists and visitors to Hřensko until 1939.

Frequent changes of owners of the hotel during the Second World War and in the post-war period led to the gradual decay of the entire building.

It was not until 1995 that the Brno company D.L.D. Trading company s.r.o. bought devastated building and with very sensitive reconstruction, she managed not only to rebuild the building from the ground up (while preserving the original characteristic architecture), but also to expand its capacity with a modern extension. It is connected to the original building by an interesting atrium.
